RHOA Towing Policy.

As of April 1, 2006 Accurate Towing patrols the community periodically for the following vehicles that are not in compliance with RHOA's parking policy. Below is a partial list but please refer to the entire policy in your Resident's Handbook and resolutions for a complete listing:

Vehicles with commercial signs, taxis, limousines, etc. (Resolution. 23)
Vehicles illegally parked in others reserved parking spaces.
Vehicles with expired city, county, or state tags, license and stickers.
Vehicles illegally parked in fire lanes.
Vehicles blocking sidewalks.
Vehicles weighing over 5,000 pounds parked overnight.
Recreational vehicles such as boats, trailers, campers, etc.
PODS or other portable storage containers, moving vans, and trailers without prior written approval from management.
Vehicles parked or stored over 14 days in unreserved parking spaces without Prior written approval from management; (Resolution 24)

No notice will be given to cars parked in fire lanes; commercial vehicles or vehicles illegally parked in someone else's reserved parking space. All other vehicles will receive an advanced notice of towing.

Vehicle pickup from the towing yard.

So you have had your vehicle towed and need to pick it up. Remember to bring enough cash (and ask for a receipt) since the towing company does not deal in credit or checks. Also, bring your drivers license and proof that you own your car, such as a registration or title. You might also give them a call to make sure you have everything you will need to claim your vehicle.
