Are you having trouble opening document files you have downloaded?

Some of the newsletters and other documents, available in the "Documents" section of this web site, were created in the PDF or DOC (Microsoft Word) formats.

To be able to read PDF formated files, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download from the Adobe Acrobat Reader downloads page. You might want to uncheck the box that also selects aditional Adobe software so you aren't downloading and installing unnecessary software.
To be able to read DOC formated files, you will need either Microsoft Word, or the free Microsoft Word Viewer program, which you can download from the Microsoft Office Converters and Viewers page.

Once these programs are installed, you will be able to read any of the document files offered from this web site.
